上帝創造每個人為不同，
God has created everyone to be different,
每個孩子也都各有特色。
each child is unique.
所以當某個人說自己是教育的達人，
So when someone says to be an expert of education,
我都深感好笑與愚昧。
I feel ridiculous and foolish.
這樣不又落入了用一套標準來教導所有孩子?
Isn't this using one standard for the education of all children?
達人又是甚麼意思?
What does expert mean?
是教過很多孩子所以很厲害?
You are incredible because you have taught many children?
還是教過的孩子都是出類拔萃?
Or the children you taught become outstanding?
真正的教育不是以學生多寡來衡量，
Real education is not measured by the number of students,
而是可以教出一位懂得珍惜自己，
it is to bring up a child who knows how to love oneself,
願意為他人付出，且愛神的孩子。
willing to contribute to others, and loves God.
首先，你要先理解與諒解上帝所創造的人。
First of all, you need to comprehend and understand the person God created.
這個孩子也許跟你很不一樣，
This child might be very different from you,
了解他是你的責任，
to understand him or her is your responsibility,
唯有了解上帝給孩子的性格與特質，
only by understanding the characteristics and features given by God to the child,
你才能夠與上帝合作來教導孩子。
can you be able to work with God in the child's education.
這點都不懂的人，
If you can't even realize this,
管你教了多少小孩，
no matter how many children you've taught,
都不會是甚麼達人，
you won't be an expert,
也根本沒有這種達人的存在。
and there is not such person as a child expert.
要說有，也就是上帝，
If there is, it should be God,
或是一位願意接納孩子本質，
or someone who is willing to accept the child's nature,
給予適當輔助，無論好壞都願意陪伴孩子的人!
give adequate counseling, and is willing to stand by the child through thick and thin!
如果孩子是同志，跨性別，
If the child is homosexual or transgendered,
或是異性戀，但是殺人放火呢?
or a heterosexual who is a murderer or arsonist?
這時你要哭著向上帝哭喊怎麼那麼命苦呢?
Do you cry to God for being so miserable?
還是反省自己是不是沒有聽從上帝的旨意?
Or do you think about whether you've followed God's will?
會走偏的孩子原因有千百種，
There are a thousand reasons a child can misbehave,
你願不願意了解背後所有的原因，
are you willing to understand all the reasons behind it?
無論聽起來有多荒唐?
No matter how absurd it sounds?
世界有無數種人，
There are infinite types of people in this world,
自然應有無數種教育方式，
naturally there would be infinite number of ways to educate.
只是人都很懶惰，
It's just that humans are lazy,
情願相信有一個單一標準，
they rather believe that there is one single standard,
也不願意睜眼看看上帝創造的血肉是多麼多元!
and isn't willing to open their eyes to see the flesh and blood God created are multifaceted!
寧願認為世界上的愛只能在男女，
They rather believe that love can only exist between man and woman,
年齡相當，或是工作能力相同的人之間，
people of similar age, or with matching work skills.
只要不符合人類訂出來的白癡標準，
Anything that does not fit the idiotic standard humans set,
就立刻開始批判。
they immediately started to criticize.
心夠大，才能明白上帝的美意。
Only the ones with big enough of a heart can understand God's wonderful will.
混亂中也有上帝的運行，
God interfers in chaos,
暴力中上帝也一邊醫治，
God heals in violence,
苦難中上帝更是貼近我們的痛，
He is so close to our pain in our despair,
快樂反而會麻痺我們跟上帝的關係。
happiness actually numbs our relationship with God.
你願意承認你的孩子跟你不一樣嗎?
Are you willing to admit your child is different from you?
你願意站在孩子這邊，即便讓你丟臉嗎?
Are you willing to stand by your child even if it embarrasses you?
你應該要告訴你的孩子:
You should tell your child:
1.你沒有錯，你沒有罪，你很完整，你很獨特。
You have no fault, you are not guilty. You are whole, you are unique.
2.世界不友善沒關係，不要被黑暗吞噬。
It is okay that the world is unfriendly, do not be swallowed by darkness.
3. 我會一直站在你身邊，無論你愛男人女人。
I will always stand by your side, no matter if you love man or woman.
4. 認識上帝，相信上帝，走在永生的道路上。
Get to know God and believe God, walk in the path of eternal life.
